    INGREDIENTS:

    • 1.25 oz cocoa butter
    • 0.75 oz beeswax
    • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
    • 1 tsp ginger powder
    • 24g calendula infused in olive oil
    • 20 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
    • 20 drops of rosemary essential oil
    • 10 vitamin E
    • silicone mold
    • Sterilized metal spoon

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    1) Measure 24g olive oil, infused with calendula and place in a saucepan over a bain-marie (let me know in a DM if you don't know how to make herbal infused oils).
    2) Add the 0.75 OZ of Beeswax and 1.26 OZ of Cocoa Butter. Continue heating the mixture (over low heat), stirring with a sterilized spoon until the wax has melted.
    3) Add the Cayenne Pepper and Ginger powder and stir over low heat.
    4) Add Vitamin E and/or essential oils. Stir and turn off heat.
    5) While hot, pour individual portions into pan.
    6) Let it cool at room temperature or put it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
    7) Once cool, remove from the mold. It can be used immediately.
    • Keep it in a cool place
    • Do not apply on the face

    • Do not apply to children under 13
      years of age
    This balm is also useful for arthritis and other painful joint conditions. Cayenne peppers contain a beneficial compound called capsaicin, which has been shownRosemary for Anti-Cellulite Bar to relieve arthritic and other pain.
    Ginger is traditionally used to increase circulation and relieve pain when applied to bruises and arthritic joints. Rosemary can be used as a pain reliever.
